Hello, my suspension has a small leakage of oil underneath and it's a little loose when the front brake is activated and I move the bike forward and back. I feel the vibration in the handlebars. How can I solve this problem? I have to buy spare parts (where to buy) or just make the suspension adjustable?

The torque values are un Kgf-cm?. If it's possible, can you post the correct torque values in Nm (newton-meter)?

If I was to get an air shock fork with a mountain bike, about how many times a year (give or take) would I have to re-pressurize them?
Thanks in advance!
