  • I've used Overheated in 2 of my videos personally. I love that song!.

  • yeah i know...sonic, streets of rage, castle of illusion, ecco the dolphin, m jacksons moonwalker, comix zone, vector-man, phantasy star, golden axe, herzog zwei, altered beast...but still, SNES & PS1 are the Best!

  • i tell you this people:SNES & PS1 are the Greatest Video-Game Consoles ever created...

  • @ningeaBLADEclanuBECA *cough, Genesis fan here :), cough*

  • @ningeaBLADEclanuBECA hey don't forget the N64 (Dreamcast was good too, too bad it didn't last that long)

  • @ningeaBLADEclanuBECA eat crap, nintendo fan! I'm Sega Mega Drive fan and this babe beats all of the snes shit, i tell ya.

  • im not a big rock fan at all..all about R&b and Rap to me and classical r&B but This soundtrack and the ACEcombat sound track had goood rock songs

  • I use Power Slide as ringtone on my cell. Took directly from my Sega Saturn CD. º-°

  • i have the Saturn version too - i've listened to that CD countless times. it's so great!

  • @eloircobain I use these as ring tones aswell :D

  • Godly music.

  • OMG, I've been lookig for this for so long! Thank you so much for posting this! Power Slide and th Menu theme are absolutely freakin' amazing! Once again thx a million! Btw. haven't played the later instalments much, but I think it's fair to say the first NFS probably had the best music in the whole series!

  • Power Slide is the best game song ever!

  • More, more, more!-9

  • Back in the day I had to tape all this music (including the music from the other racing games) by either pausing the game, muting the sound effects, or putting the game disc into my cd player to see if the music would play on there. Then I wold tape the music onto audio tapes. I still have them too. Sure wish youtube and galbadia hotel, as well as cd burners existed back then!!!

  • i did the same type of thing way back with my Sega Genesis games :-)

hey, back then you made due with what you had.

  • Anyone have any tabs for this stuff? This is ROCK! If has got gp tabs for this pm me.

  • i doubt there are tabs for that, unless someone of us write some. i´m way too lazy to do so, but it´s not TOO hard to find out yourself. it´s all pretty straight actually, once you learn some quite "basic" techniques.

ah.. use steel strings. nickel/chrome ones don´t sound good with stuff like this in my opionion. aghatis bodies do quite well too!

  • i haven't heard these tracks for nearly 10 years! seems like yesterday! thank A LOT for this!

  • Sweet memories!

  • i Can't stop listen this music!

  • the drums are sweet and nice and solo!!!

  • Could anyone tell me which subgenre of Rock do these songs belong to? I really love it!

  • the good kind. seriously tho, i have no idea. i've heard it called grunge or industrial or who knows.

  • hmm thanks. I grew up with these songs. I own every single NFS ever since this one :) so I really wanted to know. Thanks for replying!!

  • Hey Igor, if you're looking for some similar music I suggest you check out the album 'Flying in a Blue Dream' by the guitaris Joe Satriani - it has a few tracks which are quite similar to the NFS1 music ;)

  • What the band is it?

  • it isn't a band! ha ha

this is original music made from back when Electronic Arts didn't sell out.

  • It's done by Saki Kaskas and Jeff Dyck.

  • thank you a lot for all parts! it's big nostalgy for many of us!
