What attachment did you use for the carpet? We have a tanish carpet, and 2 animals (cat and dog) and spots that we in the past could get out with a traditional version or cleaning arnt effected by the steam cleaner...were dissapointed and hope Were just doing something wrong! lol

it does kill germs, when useing it on the floor it comes with a pad to steam clean it and it does clean floors, of course it breaks up anything and then just wipe it clean. I just got it cause my floors dont come clean with anything so steam better break it up.

well, uh, i want one and can't find any reviews on this item, but this one, you talk about how it's amazing and tell us to look at what it does, but on the vidio you can't see it cleaning. i wish it was more clear and i could actually see all the dirt coming off, to me it's no help, but word
