I have to say I am surprised. I grew up watching the partridge family and do enjoy these old tunes. However... as a former broadcaster...I recall in interviews that David Cassidy said he hates the partridge family tunes! He considers himself a jazz/blues singer. ub100

Just for the record, a little girl did die in the audience at the last concert he did at the peak of his career in England and he didn't do another concert again for many years he was so affected by it (he was also extremely burned out from PF & so much touring). But the official cause of death was a heart attack. Yeah his concern & jumping in the audience here is really amazing! (and, yes, he is known to be extremely well endowed-a fact you can see in many PF clips if you're looking for it!)

Great Video. I noticed he was very concerned about a fan in the audience's safety because because someone was pushing him forward. In 1974, a very unfortunate event happened in London. A 14 year old girl was crushed at a concert which caused her death. David Cassidy is probably very sensitive about this occuring again.
