here's 1 more tip. if you want to have military weapons & equipment then equip the Desert Eagle or 9mm, the Knife, the Combat Shotgun or Shotgun, the Tec9, Micro SMG or SMG, the M4 or AK47, Sniper Rifle, the Hand Grenades or Pack Bombs, the Rocket Launcher or Minigun/Chaingun & the Parachute. 1 thing i forgot to mention in the military vehicles tip: you can also use the Jetpack to get around.

if you want to have military vehicles simply use the Spawn Hunter or Spawn Rhino or go to the Restricted Area, go to the drone rocket launchers (which will kill you if they see you flying) & destroy them with your Rocket Launcher or your Minigun/Chaingun. then you can enter the restricted area by jumping the fence or bursting through the low fence. you can take the tanks, hummer, truck or helicopter. hope you found my 2 comments helpful. if you want to do something simular to this on GTA SA but only have the game on a console then follow these steps. make sure you have 4 sheets worth of cheat codes ready. First go to CJ's wardrobe & equip the Green Cap in Hats, White Tank in Torso, Woodland Camo in Legs, Gray Boots in Shoes, Dogtags in Chains & if you want to put shades on him then equip the Aviators in Shades. now enter the cheat codes, Chaos Mode, Pedestrian Attack & Pedestrian Riot Mode.

@LineUpFI rename the original army.dff and army.txd from his files to fam1.txd,fam1.dff make it up to 3 copies fam1 to 3.dff and fam1 to 3.txd format and replace the original to change the outfits of your homies.. yes they will follow you like your homies in the hood using rmb+ G..
