  • great deal on the gameboy!

  • @johanningi i know cheers mate... thanks for watching ;o)

  • That's a really nice looking Gameboy Colour and bloody brilliant for £3.

  • @DANW547 Thanks mate, it was worth it just for the Pokemon game I think? Cheers ;o)

  • GBC was a great find! Especially with Pokemon Yellow inside.

  • @doginmylense Thanks Holly, you know what they say 'gota catch them all..' ;o) x

  • WOW, £3 for the GBC and Pokemon Yellow! That was my first ever console and game I ever got, still have have them both. I have Fortress Of Fear for some reason (never bought it, never borrowed it off anyone, no idea where it's come from) - let me know if it's any good before I start playing it haha!

  • @LivBird8 Thats weird, that I pick up the connsole and game together then ha ha.

Fortress of Fear is an ok game, however, I think I like this game due to the fact that I played it with a mate as a kid and not because how good it is?? The music brings back a lot of memories for me. Cheers dude ;o) x

  • I have a GBA just like that one. Oh i miss the simple days of gaming. :(

  • @owensoft Yeah I do a little bit too. I never get quite as excited about games as I used to. Those were the good old days (god Im sounding old now ha ha) Cheers ;o)

  • @interghost I think its the tons of information you can get about the game before it releases. dam you youtube! Back it the day you would see a game cart that you NEVER saw before and all you knew about it was the cover art! lol

  • @owensoft very true, it does make it hard for some games to be given a chance. I remember I very rarely got a new game, and even if it was crap I HAD to play it. Now adays people just play them and get bored and buy a new one I think?

  • @interghost usually you would find someone else to loan you game to in exchange for another game.

  • @owensoft very true

  • Fortress of Fear on the Gameboy's pretty good once you get used to the jumping. I remember a friend at school had it. He lent it to me & didn't believe me when I told him I'd completed it, because he found it really hard. So I played through it again during a double free period in the revision library & showed him the ending. Ahh ... happy days :-)

  • @MaxSpender ha ha... yeah my mate had that game too. And you are right the jumpping is the hardest part. I just love the music on it, takes me right back! Cheers for the cool comment mate ;o)

  • Robin Hood quest is awful

I think the poke yellow was the best buy there today.

  • @discopot Is it.. ha ha, I sort of thought it would be. But for £1.50 I thought just the voice acting would be a laugh?

    Cheers for watching ;o)

  • Nice pickups matey - great price on the GBC and game :)

  • @XFile2708 Thanks Marcus, not a bad little deal yeah.. cheers mate ;o)

  • Nice pickups mate! Nice GBC And Pokemon yellow, Bargin!

  • @Nintendofanboi1 I know it was worth the £3 wasnt it, just for the game really. I now have two GBC... might have to sell one? Cheers ;o)

  • i used to go to car boots all the time, i should really start again. especially now my snes has died.

  • @measuringstick Yeah they are great fun to look around even if you dont find much.

Just a note though, SNES consoles and games are very hard to find at Boot Sales in my experience... cheers ;o)

  • Nice pickups! I just got the Picachu gameboy game a few days ago too. Your copy is in much better condition though. Pretty addictive game, but I'm stuck in Pewter City now at the gym trying to defeat the gym leader. LOL

  • @poptartlove2010 Thanks a lot. Yeah its quite a cool game. Although Ive only played it for about 10 minutes and only have the one pokemon ;o)

Will have to play it properly at some point... (I called the other kid NOBHEAD in my game haha)

  • @interghost LOL....I was lame and just named him "Gary". I like how Picachu follows your around and you can check his expression randomly to see how well he likes you. :o)

  • Great deal on that gameboy. Nice price on the Golden Eye though I couldn't play for more than a few minutes when I had it.

  • @JimakuAnimation Cheers mate, why couldnt you play it. Motion sickness or something?

  • @interghost Something like that but it's only when I play 1st person shooters. :(

I remember watching my nephew play Golden Eye and after about half an hour I was ready to hurl chunks. lol

Strangely I can play Left 4 Dead for hours without a problem...

  • nice pick ups

  • @mrgamer1 Cheers dude, not many this week but some fun titles ;o)

  • Nice one Adam :)

  • @TheGebs24 Thanks Gem, and cheers for watching ;o) x

  • good pickups. good deals on everything as well. goldeneye is one of the few games i never sold. i hate when you see a system with games and the games are all sports titles. It happens all the time to me lol.

  • @buriedundercliches Cheers mate. Goldeneye is a classic for sure. And one Ive owned many a time in the past ;o)

I know what you mean the consoles always seem to have games that they cant sell on there own, ha ha, Goldeneye was teh only decent one there so was glad he sold it to me, cheers

  • yeah return to castle wolfenstein is awesome but the graphics looks quite dated now. i was thinking a bout geting goldeneye 64 cos im thinking about getting the wii version this xmas.

  • @MediaMeandyou Yeah me too... the remake will be so cool. I might pick up that for my Birthday or Xmas too. Cheers dude ;o)

  • @xTHExSTIGx Cheers dude ;o)
