Sounds like you're not pushing enough air thru it to get the right sound since its made for a larger more powerful motor. Maybe if you had plenum spacer and ram air intakes it would sound better
i have a 350z exhaust on my v6 mr2, it sounds killer, much deeper tone than the high pitch sound of the 350. Though for performance it looks a bit restrictive.
yeah i know, i have an 88 MR2 supercharged. anyone who has a 3rd gen 3S-GTE or even the USDM MR2 2nd gen and is looking for performance will not choose an OEM muffler off of another car, although it may look pretty good.
Can't knock the thought of this being done. My friend has a 350Z convertible and I had the same thought run through my mine when I took a ride in his car. The 350 exhaust sounds sick when you ride in a 350Z but when you put the exhaust on any other car it just doesn't sound the same. Great attempt though.
the 350Z is one of the best sounding cars, and no I won;t imagine what it would sound like with a V8 because it is amazing with the V6. this, well, this is just sad...
yah know even though everyone here hates it, i actually love my exhaust sound haha...well i like that its quiet in lower rpms but gets loud but not waaaay too loud when i floor it
@jolton49 i reckon it looks and sounds pretty good, could be the recording. i have a pretty idea what it might sound IRL, and it sounds pretty good if you ask me :D

the muffler does look good but its obviously going to sound like shit, that muffler was designed for a car with about 230whp, not 100whp lol

id stick with stock exhaust and gut ur cat, thats what i did and it sounds like a small block v8 ill have a video up soon
