  • this shit is much deeper than a black history class niggas being the first to get a fuckn job not a Business or being the first to get close to the Whitemans shit or his woman jeeeezzz we need to get our priorities together....

  • These brother's told the true about black people.

We need to learn to hunt!!!!

  • Finally an uncensored version. Love it!

  • @mortennymark ??? This is censored (or shortened - where's that verse after: cause I'm that nigger that they can't stand to teach an African how to say black man)

And I'm that nigga they can plainly see

With the nationalist colors of the red, black, green

I'm the one who cut Tarzan's vine

Ran his ass out the jungle with his homeboy swine

One of those brothers that they just can't find

That makes 'em shake and make 'em shiver when it comes nighttime ....

  • @aristhera Thanx for the clarification. I didn´t know it was shortened, but I was referring to the lack of the N word. It is very annoying when you know the lyrics and then some of the words are omitted. Thanx again.

  • Hmmmm. How many more of us are there left? It may be time to Re-group!

When they1st walked passed us, i was like, "who the hell is these nig nogs. AH MAN, THEY WERE "E.X.L.E.C.T.R.I.F.Y.I.N.G! (1989) I was NEVER, EVER the same since that day. R.I.P. Overseer.

  • X-CLAN LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Nayelle1290 This is common in latin languages, too, especially if a word ends in a vowel and the next begins in a vowel. A lot of languages do stuff like this to keep a smooth/rhythmic flow to speech.

  • LOOK PARADISE GRAY FROMER DEF JAM EMPLOYEE,,LIL WASHINGTON NATIVE,TEDDY RILEY HARLEM BROTHER,...THAT FANTASTIC VA.BEACH1991-92

  • @mashan1978 Not to be a dick, but Brother J says, " but in Milwaukee there's a cannibal." Jeffrey Dahmer was from Milwaukee. That's the real truth bro.... Peace

  • @jaydog7575 Does it matter? The most imporant thing is I am a female check the pics. And the line but am I walking as a cannibal sounds way better.

  • @mashan1978 Sorry, i don't go to every persons youtube page that i respond to and no, Milwaukee sounds better because it actually makes sense.

  • @mashan1978 It matters cos Brother J wrote this not you ..but let´s enjoy the epic tune !

  • @Johnny8109 I was enjoing it til you had to go and correct what i posted. Point is I'm a proud black woman who likes tis song b/c it gives me pride. End of discussion (smh always gotta be one)

  • @mashan1978 I´m just tellin´it like it is and don´t blame me for "ruining your vibe" or whatever ..

  • @MeloMaloPaulino are you afraid youre gonna scare your white friends?

  • @westphillie1 actually when i said i felt weird postin this classic i wasnt worried about my white friends which now that you mention it... probably would be scared of this lol. i was actually worried that my black friends would see some of the images as blacksploitation...

  • @MeloMaloPaulino i love this jam!

  • xclan forgotten legends real hip hop

  • @SUdatsthecalloftheWU He's referring to Jeffrey Dahmer, the serial killer from Milwaukee infamous for his cannibalism.

  • @vigorousera ahhh sound i get you now :) I now who Jeffrey Dahmer was, crazyy motherfucker.

  • Yeeeeeeeeeaaaaasssssssssssss

  • Brother J had one of the smoothest rap voices ever.

  • @davidb72 What you mean, "had"??? X-CLAN is STILL making records, and Brotha J is STILL Rippin' the mic. I saw him live 5 years ago, and got a copy of "Return From Mecca" which had just come out, and he's had some other albums since then.

    -White Brotha

  • How odd is it that two of the most underrated MC's in hip hop have the same government name? Shout out to both of the MC's born Jason Hunter (Those two being Brother J of X-Clan and Inspectah Deck of Wu-Tang Clan).

  • @MyJunior1975 not underrated. anybody whos anybody knows the grand verbalizer and rebel INS are among the dopest - crem de la crem. top shelf. interesting factoid on the names. thanks!

  • @MyJunior1975 who gives a fuck and inspectah sucks

  • my fav song from them i was young but i understood what they were sayin and feelin it deep..miss the 90ship hop

  • In today's rap music all da rappers talks about is money cars and hoes. If u take dat outta their raps you'll find dat they asses can't rap. In da 80's and 90's was real hip hop. Today it's just r&b (rap & bullshit)

  • I'm not talking baseball, because if I was Brother J and I would be playing professional!!!! I love it!!!

  • X-CLAN ALWAYS ROCK IT

  • rip professor X,..

  • so much awesomeness in this video

  • This shit is getting me through high school atm..

  • In the ways of the caddy i survive like a pimp

no jeri curl wave perms or crimps

    --now that's some lyrical magic!!

  • What happened to rap? Two things: Commercialism and The South!

  • @BeyondTheSpectrum08 That's just it - you have rap, which is a crass commercialized bastardized version of something else, that something else called HIP HOP, which is a soulful, true expression of non-corporate interests. X-CLAN is STILL BRINGIN' IT. Check out, "Speak the Truth" a RECENT jam that they did with KRS-ONE. Peace!

  • @BeyondTheSpectrum08 Peace your comment about the south caught my attention. Why? I have noticed it too.To me a lot of the southern style is some real ignorant bama type trash. Looking and listening to the current ignorant type sell-outs on the mic today. They seem to come from down there. Not saying all rap from the south is bad. But as of late it seems like it is. What they did was go find the most bama type, coon, minstrel act's and give them mass exposure. I do not take it lightly at all,

  • Utica Ave. & President St. CROWN HEIGHTS. . .Love my hood. I'm bout to head over to C-Town right now LOL.

  • come funk with me

  • CLASSIC! I LOVE IT! music like this is part of my soul, i am truly embarassed that people have the NERVE! to call this crap of today hip hop, YOUR FUCKING CONFUSED! like most people are....only a FEW select percentage of the human population understand what REAL hip hop is, and this video/song is REAL HIP HOP!

  • Time has ways on saying who is real and who is fake. X-clan message has not changed over the years. Neither has KRS or PE. The commercial rapper lasts just that long...a commercial, then they proceed to fall off. Real hip hop wont do that.

  • @PowrSurge Word, rappers push commercials, Hip Hoppers push PSAs. I'm with the TRUE Hip Hop artists, like X-CLAN who are STILL BRINGIN' IT! Check out RETURN TO MECCA.

  • Dope cognitive hiphop- edutainment!!

    rip Professor X

  • xclan, my favorite rap group back in the day, where has rap gone

  • @steelers2922 they were one of my favorites back in the day too. So I see a steelers fan here?

  • classic!!! heard this one first on a mixtape in the mid 90s.

    for the kids:

back in the days a mixtape wasn't some boring shit on CD from one artist mixed up by a producer to fill the pockets of both of them, it was a real tape mixed by a real DJ and if it was a good tape people were runnin trough the streets with the copy of the copy of the copy in their walkman. fuck today's mixtapes!

techwriter's right btw, there's one verse missing.

great upload though, thx for that.

  • GO C NEW WEST ORDER AND DECEVIO ON YOUTUBE 2012 PHAROH

  • WTF happend to Hip-Hop? This was real shit. I learned so much listening to X-Clan, PRT, BDP, Rakim etc. Fuck the bullshit, Our nation is still protected by some Pro-Black N.I.G.G.A.S.! SISSIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

  • This video is still hott

  • this song and video is just unbelievable. I wish artists made music like this still.

  • RESPECT TO ALL THE REVOLUTIONARY BROTHERS BOTH LIVING AND GONE ON TO BECOME ANCESTORS. VANGLORIOUSLY, WITH A KEY........PINK CADDY DRIVING BLACK BOOT STOMPIN...YEAH,...I'M THAT KIND OF KNEGAH!!!!

WITH THE 86 SWAGGONEER ON DECK REAL SOON...

  • Notice two of the original members are dead now. Most all of the Pro Black emcees are gone or irrelevant now. There is no voice for us in the mainstream because most black ppl have assimilated. Pro Black has become associated more with Gangsterism than Liberation efforts with was its original design. The majority of black folks thinking patterns have somehow merged Christianity and Eurocentricism into one and gravitate toward whyte ppl standards of life's balance. We really are not like them.

  • @ohgeezus Preach!!! Couldn't have stated it any better brotha. Looking back on that era in hip-hop (the golden era) now, makes me realize how much I miss it. The subject matter and its deep historical importance is really needed for our youngstas of today. It really saddens and sickens me to say that we as "So Called American Negroes" in general are truly lost in all aspects of our heritage, lineage, existence.

  • i remember that KRS One dissed the group because of the comment Professor X made, "got no time to be hanging out with humanists"

  • Cannedht69 WhenRapCityWasDope ,its always been straight up DOPE breeze!! Salaam!

  • x-clan had some dope beats!!!!

  • This video is not uncut, missed a whole verse.

  • decevio gone bring back hip hop next to xclan

  • If u really listen to the words, then do a lil readin u see the profound accuracy of brother J's understanding of the all in all

  • BACK WHEN THERE WAS AFRICAN PRIDE! YOU SELL OUTS. WHO FEEL ME?

  • @SuperOoooook I`m feeling you. Now our culture has been replaced with bling and materialism. Whatever happened to black pride?

  • @kevhar12

It was done by design. Public Enemy, xclan, ect was defiantly viewed as a potential threat (regardless of race, whenever anyone begins organizing larger groups of people they become targets) and over the next 2 decades money was shifted to rise up a non threating mainstream genre. People are waking up to the bullshit tho, I see MTV and BET going out of business in the next 5 or 6 years, especially when cable TV becomes completely obsolete, and everything is Internet based.

  • @SuperOoooook WORD!!! Now we have lil wayne, and the rest of mutants of imposter hop. Not the reral hip hop which this is!!

  • X-Clan has substance to their raps.

  • learn ya history

    sissiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiies !

HipHOp at its finest SON !

  • Feeling it

  • BROTHER J IS ONE OF THE GREATEST (IF NOT THE GRESTEST) RAP MC/ TEACHER/ OF ALL TIMES....

  • @enj313 yup !

  • THERE AINT REALLY SHIT TO LISTEN TO NOW A DAYS, SHIT LIKE THIS MAKES U LOOK IN THE MIRRIOR....THE TRUTH IS HARD, BUT IT A SET YOU FREE !!!!

  • dope!

  • This group embodies our struggles from the past to the future. One on my all time favorites.

  • this song is mad dope..omg brings back some good memories.

  • This was my shit when I was a shorty! I was only 4yrs old when this shit came out. LOL!

  • i didnt know what any of this shit meant back in the day, i just liked the beats and the rhythm of the voices. pretty ace hiphop.

  • I love this song and I love the video....but where is this part? "..and I'm that nigga they can plainly see with the nationalist colors of the red black green. yeah! I'm the one who cut Tarzan's vine , ran his ass out the jungle with his homeboy swine , one of those brothers that you just can't find that make 'em shake and make 'em shiver when it comes night time. Yeah!". Why is that cut? Were the lyrics too dangerous?

  • @ReeseMac There were on the single and i think maybe the album but not the video. ' Communism is not humanism. indiviidualism and not socialism" or something like that.lol

  • X-Clan is the truth !

  • This was my SH*T back in the day!!! Had it on cassette, no CD's back then. Old school to the core!

  • "Jerhi's with last names like perms, Nig##s get ya hands off your craps and come to terms with yourself "..... .this brings back memories !!!

  • That was the first time I heard rappers use the N word. This is legendary. A lot of the new rappers are doing the black face thing!

  • long time no hear this REAL hip hop tune

  • Xodus is one of my favorite hip hop albums no doubt one of the best songs of the album

  • Sizzzzzy!!!!

  • Truth In Hip Hop. Nowdays rappers only truth is how much money they are paid to look like jackasses. No messages in the music, the videos are even worse. You don't have to preach but you need to at least make music that in 20 years people will be able to say that they were a part of a generation that changed the world, & not one that raped the culture of it's true self.

  • Nice

  • One of those brothers that they just can't find that make 'em shake and make 'em shiver when it come night time... yeah! Ethiopia Respect the X-Clan! (vanlorious)

  • What they say...

  • Ahhhh yeaaa.... dope shit

  • war chant....

  • We need this shit back in our culture. Kill that fake shit thats out now

  • PXO definately went in on this RIP

  • VAINGLORIOUS!!!!!!!!

  • THE PLACE WHERE X-CLAN WAS BORN I CAN'T WAIT 2 SEE THIS PLACE WITH MY OWN EYES AND 2 WALK WHERE PXO ONCE WALKED.........OSIRIS

  • this was & still da shit

  • X Clan was so very much under rated, they were as conscious as any hip hop artist of their era, Brother J's flow was nice, and this 1992 track is my favorite one from them, the lyrics are full of knowledge and strength, no "pop hop" bulls**t coming from this hip hop group, just straight righteousness, much respect to them, R.I.P. Professor X...

  • what did you say cave woman? come over hear so i can hear you.

  • Memmmorrriiieeeessss....of the way we werrrree.

  • I remember all the times that you called me an animal

But in Milwaukee there's a cannibal

    SO DEEP - 5Fists up

  • @streetliferz The greatest lyrics that no one talks about

  • @streetliferz , Brother J was straight lethal...Cats don't rap like this no more...Damn I miss real Hip Hop

  • @streetliferz those were the only words you understood too eh

  • Was my fav Xclan song... reminds me of my high school dayzzzzz!

  • Fond memories of Video Music Box and Uncle Ralph...Classic

  • Dope critical thinking hip hop- what an ill concept!!!!!!!!

    Blackwatch- edutainment.........
