I'm very interested in LNG technology. However, I noticed that the Long Beach truck drivers in this video don't speak English. Some guy is translating for them? I've met lots of truck drivers from all over the country, but I haven't met any who don't speak English. Is this unique to Long Beach?
In my opinion clean truck should be release it only to licenses MC. New trucks are big responsibility and to keep a good maintenance is not easy for a owner operators. Truckers who take the challenge to get one of this new truck will be straggle to survived for the longest he can keep the truck. In addition to my comment is that IRS is not really approved the owner operators clarification.
