Called a guy this morning to come and change it for me (I already had the barrel)...he said 45 pounds. I then went and bought 3 pounds of tools from the pound shop and 45 mins later...Voila...Information is power!

my rim cylinder was loose and moving about and I thought that I would have to get a joiner in to repair it, but after watching your video I found out all I had to do was remove the yale and tighten the fixing screws, it turned out to be easy - a five minute job.
