  • Hey another scripture you can look at is Deuteronomy 28:64-65 This talks about how Israel would be removed from their homeland and disbursed throughout the world.

Which did come to past; Foreign powers forced the Hebrew people out of their homeland and they were scattered all over the world.

Deuteronomy 30: 4-5 says that Israel would be re-established and they would come back to their homeland. This was fulfilled in 1945 after WWII.

If you have any questions ill answer the best way I can.

  • 61 Also every sickness and every plague in 28 he talks about plagues of sickness on isreal but other nations did it he also said And the LORD will take you back to Egypt in ships first there was no evidence jews were slaves there in the first place (the poeple built the pyraminds not slaves) but i didnt see anything in 28 that told about foreign powers scattering them(so if i missed it please correct me) and most of the immagration was because of the UN Partition Plan

  • Another scripture you can look at is Deuteronomy 29:23; this talks talks about how Israel's land would become barren and unproductive thousands of years before it happened. And it did come to past Israel had one of the worst soils in the world.

Deuteronomy 30:10 says how God would make the land fruitful again after the Israelites return to their homeland after being scattered all over the world. And today one of Israel's main export are Fruits.

  • when they see the plagues of that land and the sicknesses which the LORD has laid on it; not exactly what happened it fell under attack and was pretty screwed after the Bar Kokhba revolt failed and 30:9 talks about the land being fruitful but its main export is because of advances in science "Farming in Israel is highly sophisticated, capital intensive, and based on a high level of technology" so their soil being bad is not as much a problem anymore

  • Hey what's up nailo, I hope everything is well.

I have another scripture that you can research for yourself if you have the time. Deuteronomy 30:1-6 this talks about what would happen to Israel; how they would be disbursed all over the world, but would come back to their homeland. This was fulfilled in 1945 after WWII

  • but the 500 limit really reduced my capabilities so if you have anything i may have to send it via message

  • Ezekial 26 and Ezekial 28 is slightly different from one another, because Ezekial 26 is about the prophecy against the city of Tyre, and Ezekial 28 is the prophecy against the king of Tyre. I agree with you that they were many countries during that time period that were invaded by foreign countries, so I see where your coming from. However Ezekial 26:7 says specifically which country and which King would be responisble for Tyre's down fall which was the Babylon ruled by King Nebuchadnezzar.

  • It was often attacked by Egypt, besieged by Shalmaneser V, who was assisted by the Phoenicians of the mainland, for five years, and by Nebuchadnezzar (586--573 BC) for thirteen years, without success, although a compromise peace was made in which Tyre paid tribute to the Babylonians. It later fell under the power of the Persians.

they werent taken down till later though with the level of how nations did that all the time its to vauge to be an actually prophecy

  • Ezekial 28 is slightly different from Ezekial 26. Ezekial 28 is a prophesy about the king of Tyre, and Ezekial 26 is a prophesy against the city of Tyre. However, you are right foreign invasion happened all the time during that time period, which makes it more impressive. In Ezekial 26 it just doesn't say any foreign power. But it says specifically who in Ezekial 26: 7 it says that Nebuchadnezzar King of Babylon would destroy that city.

  • ok ill give you it says that that though ill continue it with a qoute that tyre was actually not conquered by babylon

  • My bad Nailo its not Ezekial 28, but instead its Ezekial 26.

  • Ezekiel 26 is the prophecy and 28 is the fulfillment of the prophecy the truth is that is not a prophecy how many countries got destroyed like that in the past

  • There are many other prophecies like this that are all over the Bible. Nailo If you have anymore questions I am open to answer any of them.

  • im looking for them so if you would like to tell me them id be happy to look

  • When you mentioned that catholic priests forgives sins, therefore when they said man can't forgive sins it's false. I don't mean to offend any catholics, but catholicism does a lot of things that are contrary to what the bible says, so I don't think you should use that as a reference point. Further If the Bible is so faulty in your opinion how do you explain the thousands of prophesies that this accredited historical document has fullfilled?

  • ive had this discussion before and there are none that i have found to actually forfull a prophecy in order to they have to tell something that will happen and not has already happened and they look back to see what can be interpreted as it tell so if there is one id like to hear it

  • In the Bible in Ezekial 28 there is a prophecy about the ancient city of Tyre, it describes in detail how the ancient city would fall. Tyre was one of the world's major trade centers at the time Ezekial made this prophecy. Everything Ezekial said happened many years later exactly the way he said, which can be looked up in history. The chances of Ezekial predicting this accurately is 1 out of 75,000,000 which means you have a better chance getting struck by lightning.

  • 7 I am going to bring foreigners against you, the most ruthless of nations; they will draw their swords against your beauty and wisdom and pierce your shining splendor.

invaders how is that rare it happens alot

  • im still wondering ive even watched the proofdirectory videos and there is still not one valid claim

  • I'm sorry you don't see the validity in this message, I will be praying for you.

  • what validity he uses circular logic and does not use different sources i thought he'd have enought convition to have one atheist for counterpoint but nope only one sided crap

  • oh and a side note i re-rented it and they are saying the church started three years before he died when we know that it actually started like 40 years after he died

  • One of the big ones that Thomas Paine addressed is Where was Jesus last seen before his ascension into heaven?

  • did he go more into the contrasts in the bible or does he do the same thing

  • He just liked to point out where the bible obviously contradicted itself on history.

There are many places that Jesus was last seen--that is one of the most powerful points.

  • I read the book that they used as a basis of the movie, when I had a boss who found out I was an atheist try to get me to read it so that he could save me. I agreed, as long as he would read one of the books about why God is a stupid idea; when I finished, I said that given the quality of the book, I didn't think it equitable for me to give him a book to read.

  • Judas could only die one way--that's a pretty big one. According to the bible, he both bought a field with 30 pieces of silver, then he hung himself AND committed heri keri.
