@cyde79 Nah, Amiga was actually extremely profitable. That may sound counter intuitive but you have to understand what happened. They were a victim of something that back then, they didn't have a name for it but these days it's called "patent trolling".

@luccaskunk This one patent troll company had a patent on using the xor operator to make cursors blink. The Amiga did just that. The patent troll then sued Commodore. As a result of the patent infringement lawsuit, the US DOJ halted all sales of potentially infringing Commodore products within the US, this included the CD32. Deprived of the US Market, Commodore starved to death.
