I started an alkaline diet 3 days ago, its about 50% alkaline diet so its a gradual change. I feel better already, especially in the mornings. The problem is i think i'm gonna lose weight if i keep up this diet too much and i'm already thin.

I have a deviated septum. I tend not to breathe enough. I have become very capable in an anaerobic environment.
My body adapted. I make more ATP then most in an anaerobic enviro.
Going from a heavy carb diet to a heavy protein diet and vice versa hurts temporarily. We are omnivores. Sometimes ppl 4get.

Not entirely true...very high rates of osteoporosis in eskimos. Try an ayurvedic indian diet...very tasty, lots of variety, and easy to make.
