  • Really nice videos bro. Where are you from, and what do you do, like, for living?

  • @primitivebl High intensity workouts in all variations. Like I said in another comment, it yould look something like this 5 rounds: 5 deadlifts @ 100kg followed by 10 burpees for time

  • Dude, you've gotten HUGE!!! Nice! Those WODs are working for you! You just doing the WODs every day for a workout? I'm actually now changing from doing reps of the same exercises as sets to a routine involving WOD style excercise (fl to bl, press hs .etc in a row) right now, will be interesting to see the results!

  • @MrArbitrager Thanks buddy. I acutally weigh the same as in my other videos. Exchanged some fat for muscle I guess... Also, I mix in gymnastics exercises twice a week, but do not follow the GB programming. I have seen much better progress doing my own programming, which is a mix of gymnastics, weight training and metcons. I should probably write a blog post about how I structure my workouts.

  • @GregorsGym whats metcons? cool, let me know if you make that post

  • @MrArbitrager Metabolic conditioning. A workout that makes your heart pump. Like 5 rounds: 5 deadlifts @ 100kg followed by 10 burpees for time.

  • @GregorsGym I'm starting to do only WOD style exercises, how do you go about structuring a workout? Im thinking of doing 3 sets of a WoD, and doing 3 WODs, so 9 reps total. Also, how long do your workouts take? My previous ones took 1.5 hours, these seem like they will be much shorter though

  • @MrArbitrager Joint mobility, pre-strength exercises, strength exercises, starting with hardest first, main workout, finishing with neck or core work, stretching. Takes me anywhere from 1-3hrs all depending on the workout and how log I stretch. Also put some new training vids up!

  • ive seen this before, what exercise is it comparable to. thanx

  • @tyranttbc69 It will have a carry-over to front and back levers

  • @GregorsGym I'm having difficulty progressing with my front lever. So this will help me that?

  • @obfuscated7ruth t will certainly will be a great addition to the standard front lever progressions

  • So underestimated, an amazing exercise! :)
