It is just the ferries wind shadow. The captian didn't know that he was blanketing the skiff, so in result the sails lost power while the crew tried to keep the boat upright and then the sails powered up and it capsized.
see it was nones Fault

no because motor boats should get out the way of sailing boats is they are both on the same tack!
