@bmx65 Using an oil-cutting dish soap, it removes the lubrication from the BB (that may be inconsistently applied) and, in my experience, helps make the gun WAY more consistent with the hop-up. To prove my point, this video was done pre-wash. My other video of me shooting the BAR-10 was done post-wash. The results speak for themselves.
also make calculations sniping isnt just aim n shoot. if the bb is curving up right before its going to hit the can, start to aim down a tad bit so that the bb floats into the can rather than over.
You know, if you're gonna analyze it. This gun is very accurate. You're shooting human targets. It's about 10x it's size. Unless your target is a can. I suggest getting this gun.
Use .36 and if it still flys all over the place (up and to the right or left slightly) get .40 and if the problem precists use .43 and 430fps .20 using .43 = ~ 293fps but upgraded to 570 using ASGI parts .43's will be ~ 388fps
wow, this gun can defiantly hit a human target out to about 250 ft accurately from what i'm looking at, trying to hit a can at 150ft and hitting it at least once is good for a small target like that, but i can definitely see it hitting a human target at 250ft accurately sure shot.
BAR10 with PDI parts. All the cylinder parts and some trigger and piston sears. a KM Head barrel and the TM hop-up unit. I use .32 and get ~480 FPS, and 545 with .2's

i was supposed to sell a bar 10 to a coworker but was pre owned by someone and the piston started to slip. by the time i showed it to my coworker the noob guy it was, simply declined the purchase even if i was able to repair it to full function. now an accidental VSR owner, i simply bought SHS sear, and had the piston copied via lathe at a local shop for cheap outta steel.

you shouldnt have gotten a tm hopup in it first. you should have gotten a TBB first cuz the jg bar-10 hop up is actually pretty good to compared to the utg L96.
Okay I sanded down the cylinder head, cut the airbrake, put clay in the stock, made electrical tape barrel spacers, and got the tm precision hopup unit from redwolf airsoft. That's about it, check out my other bar10 video it has some better shooting.

@noobwithanrs well i dont airsoft the most of anyone i know but i can say this. Its a peice of plastic that weighs less than 1g....Wind,barrel imperfections, BB imperfections, and other variables are going to cause it to lose accuracy. Additionally its only like a 440-500 fps on sniper BB rifles.

I have the bar 10 with all those asgi upgrades and they say it goes 570fps with .2 grams thats true... but i use .28 grams cause the .2grams accuracy is similar to a small kid throwing a rock!:D

my exact sentiment bro. This is fairly accurate for an airsoft at 150ft. Mine was KJW Mk-1 carbine and it sucks past 12 meters. You can judge this by the way the BB flies. The hop-up works very well GringotheHunter. Nice video

i think though its more accurate without a silencer because with the silencer the barrel opens up more and the bb has more room to ricochet. without silencer the thing is really accurate.
I've got this gun and it's finally good to see a decent video of it. I find it shoots best with 0.25g BB's. I find any more and there's too much of an arc on the BB even with Hop-Up. Good shooting review.

My JG Bar-10 shoots very accurate with .20g BBs I shoot mail boxes at 40 yards and my friends even farther than that if you play the wind like i was aiming to the left when i nailed him.All around i love it im planning on getting a 300 round clip and a bipod and i have a laser off of my AR-15 that i am putting on my Bar 10
It almost seemed like the BB had a mind of its own on a couple shots haha, it would got straight at it, curve up just slightly to miss it, then to piss you off curve right back onto it's original path

The way I look at it, if that was a man size target you would've hit it every time. Also, the air-brake modification is not recommended.

hey gringo, do you recommend those golden ball .30's? right now im shootin madbull .40's but they're slightly too heavy for my hopup to handle. im running a150 spring with the PDI hop up with a prometheus hard bucking.

I have the bar 10 with all those asgi upgrades and they say it goes 570fps with .2 grams thats true... but i use .28 grams cause the .2grams accuracy is similar to a small kid throwing a rock!:D

the good thing out of this is that humans arent the size of soda cans. so a miss on a can is probably a hit for a chest sized target.

my exact sentiment bro. This is fairly accurate for an airsoft at 150ft. Mine was KJW Mk-1 carbine and it sucks past 12 meters. You can judge this by the way the BB flies. The hop-up works very well GringotheHunter. Nice video

i have a jg bar 10 gspec with laylax intrenals and i just ordered a edgi 6.01 tight bore barrel but i also wanted a hop up unit but i cant find the tm one on red wolf i cant even find any sniper parts also if any one noes a thing abought the edgi barrels please tell me

youve got a good camera angle =] in most videos you cant see the BB fly.... pretty accurate gun still, i expect itd be easy to hit anything man sized

i think though its more accurate without a silencer because with the silencer the barrel opens up more and the bb has more room to ricochet. without silencer the thing is really accurate.

I've got this gun and it's finally good to see a decent video of it. I find it shoots best with 0.25g BB's. I find any more and there's too much of an arc on the BB even with Hop-Up. Good shooting review.

My JG Bar-10 shoots very accurate with .20g BBs I shoot mail boxes at 40 yards and my friends even farther than that if you play the wind like i was aiming to the left when i nailed him.All around i love it im planning on getting a 300 round clip and a bipod and i have a laser off of my AR-15 that i am putting on my Bar 10

The JG Bar10 fire 410fps out the box (give or take)
to fire .3g's is maybe a little too much, try .28's and reduce your hop slightly to compensate
.3's and heavier are best in guns 500-550+ fps

It almost seemed like the BB had a mind of its own on a couple shots haha, it would got straight at it, curve up just slightly to miss it, then to piss you off curve right back onto it's original path
