Never reach red line with neutral.Nor 1st gear or 2nd. It's not good. Kawasaki experts told me so. Nice sound though.

Women or man who cares, if you ride you can ride ride, get a 600 at least. i started w/ a 600 and i was fine, just be smart. it does need a bigger rear sproket, no pop up in 2nd!

If you are a beginner who hasnt had much bike exp., get the ninja 250. They arent like the old 250s. Don't listen to idiots like 1krr. The zx6 is not like a regular ninja 600. For someone with no exp. the zx6r is an extremely powerful bike made for experienced riders. The 250 is taylor made for beginners and a blast to ride. I own a zx6 but my first bike was a 250 and I am glad i did it this way. Safety first my man.

i ride an 08 zx6r

they are our first bikes and we love them but when i rode her 250 it was sooo small for me.

if youre a woman i recommend a 250/500 as first bike, or a 650

if youre a man looking for a first bike i rec a 600. 650, but if you want to start really small i would say the 500 is a good size

most people grow out of the 250 after just a few weeks

im about 5 8 almost 59 and around 145 pounds and the bike sits me well. ive heard of ppl almost 6 foot being comfertable. its good to start small and work your way up. you can always sell your bike. and 250s have a great turn around sell rate

not necessarily. the 08 + models for kawasaki have great resale value as they are very popular. just be aware that as soon as you drive most bikes off the lot they depreciate fast
