The pentagon was struck first because it was already being renovated. Meaning there was demolition of walls/ceilings & such. Which brings up the question of the structural integrity of the building. Which never in history has it been tested.

Therefore, why not test the building to see how much destruction is caused should a "real" attack occur should someone important be in the building.

I have looked at lots of presentations about controlled demolition of the two towers and not one of them hold up to scrutiny from anyone with any formal knowledge in structural engineering ( unless they are promoting a book or are profiting from their pet theory). The conspiracy is in the fact that they had prior knowledge of the attack and at the very least allowed it to happen. Building seven is a different story, video of it coming down clearly and undeniably show controlled demolition.
