Exclusives are a fucking horrible idea for consumers. I like games on both 360 and Sony, I can't afford both systems and the games i'd like to play so they make me choose? Thats fucked up.
Monster Hunter 3, Dragon Quest Swords, Crusin, Muramasa the Demon Blade just to name a few wii exclusives by 3rd party developers, Most of these came out in the early years for the console as well, did Silent Rob even look at the wii exclusives?

@ShawnD1 That's a computer though...the 360 when it first came out was definitely meant to be run 24/7. I've seen a lot of idiotic rednecks leave their early 360's on nonstop and then bitch about why it RROD.
My original 360 had no problems until the disc reader jammed and I fucked it up when I could've fixed it without that, I'm sure it would've fucked up anyway. The console is awesome though and it deserves all that praise.

I got the 256mb Arcade sitting in the living room collecting dust. I got it as a gift in the Christmas of '08. If I wanted to play BF3 the day it comes out on it, it would cost $200. $60 for the Game, $60 for a year of Live, $50 for a WiFi attachment (like hell a 40ft ethernet cord is gonna be connected from the router to my LCD on the second floor) and no less than $20 for an HDMI cable. My mom works real hard for that money and I will not put up with M$'s bullshit XD jk (but not really).

I'm a huge fan of the wii and I agree with everything that you said. It has a lot of (in my opinion) amazing games but I'm afraid it hasn't reached it's potential yet and it never will. The only good game I can think of coming out for the wii right now is the legend of Zelda skyward sword. Besides that there aren't really any good games coming and there probably won't be anymore good ones cause the project cafe is on it's way. But I think nintendo is (like you said) getting it's shit together

Not EVERYONE experienced problems with their 360's. I had a 360 Elite (the black one) and it worked fine for the time I had it. Which was about 8-11 months before I sold it. However, I knew people that had to swap out their 360's on a regular basis b/c of that BS red ring.

You might even be right about MW2, but I still stand by the fact that Play Station Network is treated very unfairly, and most of the criticism it gets is grossly over exaggerated. Besides, as I've said before... my online is experience with Super Street Fighter 4 hasn't been any different than Vanilla Street Fighter 4 on 360.

It doesn't have voice messages and cross game chat, which are valid complaints, but no were near the excuse to say that the online is bad. Games like Kill Zone 2, Modern Warfare 2, Super Street Fighter 4, Demons Souls, Little Big Planet, and Mod Nation Racers have all succeeded in the online department for me.

The second, the ability to sign-on invisible. Most people can't relate to the sign-on invisible thing, but it got so bad with Black Ops, I had to create another account. Another thing I miss from the 360 (as arbitrary as it may sound) is being able to make an avatar of yourself. Without a feature like that, the PS3's dash menu looks soooo duel and lifeless...
@Sonic2332 the psn does suck...and i own a ps3 and 360. it's been hacked for like a month now. to download a demo it takes 30 minutes.....and you can't even play games while downloading it. and not only do you have to DOWNLOAD it. you have to install it after...ANOTHER 15-20 minutes. it takes me 15-20 minutes total to download a demo. now the ps3 doesn't suck by any means. but the online does.
Fuck dude, 8 Xboxes? I don't know ANYONE who has that many, and I've had it ONCE. I understand the 360 isn't flawless, but that is a little biased, IMO. None of these complaints are really original.

@22prince22billups1 Yea but to be honest, I totally disagree with Rob about it. Saying the PS3's online sucks is just wrong. Sure it may not be as good as the 360's, but for what reasons? It doesn't have voice messages and cross game chat, which are valid complaints, but no were near the excuse to say that the online is bad. Games like Kill Zone 2, Modern Warfare 2, Super Street Fighter 4, Demons Souls, Little Big Planet, and Mod Nation Racers have all succeeded in the online department for me.

@Sonic2332 Not like it matters but I want PSN to incorporate two things from Live. When you receive a message pressing the home button immediately opens said message. The second, the ability to sign-on invisible. Most people can't relate to the sign-on invisible thing, but it got so bad with Black Ops, I had to create another account. With those two additions it would be perfect.

@jakedizzle Yea, i definitely agree with you there, especially the second suggestion you mentioned. Some times you just gotta have some privacy.
Another thing I miss from the 360 (as arbitrary as it may sound) is being able to make an avatar of yourself. Without a feature like that, the PS3's dash menu looks soooo duel and lifeless...

@Sonic2332 the psn does suck...and i own a ps3 and 360. it's been hacked for like a month now. to download a demo it takes 30 minutes.....and you can't even play games while downloading it. and not only do you have to DOWNLOAD it. you have to install it after...ANOTHER 15-20 minutes. it takes me 15-20 minutes total to download a demo. now the ps3 doesn't suck by any means. but the online does.
