Hi Esther, I have difficulty when keeping my leg up n straight as on 3.10 (downward facing dog w/ leg up), especially on my right leg. I have ovarian cyst on my right ovaries, I have been doing so much better now since I follow all your videos, doing pranayam, shavasana (to balance my hormones) n eating healthy (Im a full vegan now), Could you advice me or this? I checked w/ my doctor already, i just need to avoid inversions. Thanks for all you remarkable videos :)
before i have a enquine competition i also do yoga, particularly this pose because although im only 16, this gets my hips working and calms me down, ready for the workout, of moving hips and leps and heels and arms, :)
Hey, check out my channel. I found a book online and my video has the link. I hate spamming...seriously, but this book teaches some really powerful stuff, and I think you guys should know about it.
Thanks for the reply Esther. Please consider a curved curtain Like they use in photo shoots. That way you can experiment with how it will look in the video.
I really liked the way the curved wall in the other studio worked the lens. I liked the way you filled the frame more in the other studio As a suggestion Use the corner and put a curtain across it at about 4 meters long. That way you can pull it back towards the wall for different amounts of curve .
Hi Ester Maybe it's my old eyes but i find the white molding distracting while watching the videos. I didn't have nay issues with the other studio with the curved wall A curved curtain or a different lens or a new set of eyes for me
Just a generally healthy vegetarian diet, I especially eat lots of veg, not so much fruit I must admit, and I do eat occasionally fish. I supplement with chia seeds regularly and strong homemade ginger tea in the morning.
I will add this to my routine. Been doing yoga everyday, sometimes twice a since I started 2 months ago thanks to your videos. It's a stressful time at work and I found that yoga really helps.
By the way, if you don't mind what is your typical diet like?

Wow, 1:25-1:39 looks deceptively easy when you do it. You are really strong. I'd like to work up to this.
I love the colors in this video. Thanks for another great segment.
