The guy in the background was obviously walking backwards when they filmed it, so that when they reversed it, it would appear he was walking forward. Which is why he's walking funny.

if you look at the man in the background it looks like hes walking forward, but if you look closely, you can see him walk with a limp. that means that he is actualy walking backwards, since you always walk backwards with a limp, always.
