Thanks again for this tutorial. I was just wondering, how do you keep your brush from disappearing when you actually paint?

I do a single stroke with a brush and the pointer vanishes and shows a different pointer. Sorry if this is a confusing question, it's hard to really explain. Also, is there any way I could get the same pointer you have for painter IX? Thanks!

I don't think painter nine has the brush icon used in X. I'm not sure why your brush icon disappears, though.

Painter has awesome brush "physics" but it has so many flaws and is system resource heavy.
