More to the point this evidence was closely examined, Obama's was not. Obama was born the son of one US citizen parent who according to the law at the time of his birth was not eligible to confer automatic citizenship to her progeny. This is enough to question his "natural born" status.

Nowhere in the §1401 statute do the words "natural born citizen" appear, because that statute does not define who is a natural born citizen §1401 defines who are "Nationals and citizens of United States at birth", which is something quite different. Many of the people in that list, Barack Obama included, were born with dual citizenship, which is mutually exclusive with being a natural born citizen. Barack Obama was born an American Citizen AND a British Subject.

Vattel, on the other hand, does address that specific definition. The Founders knew, understood and agreed with that definition. I personally contacted the electoral college before he was president as did many many others to tell them to ask for that birth certificate prior to him taking office. We gave them a chance to prove he was eligible but they ignored us and we were pretty sure then he was not legal. The so Called "crisis" could have been averted before he ever took office. Why do this in the first place? A Natural Born Citizen is a child, born on American soil, of two American citizens. Barack Obama's father was not an American Citizen, so Barack Obama is ineligible to hold the office, and he knew it, and I suspect that he devised a scheme to circumvent the requirement. Which, if he was, due to his mother, he could be a natural born cit. however, at the time, she could not have transferred this to him due to HER age when they moved. next, he was schooled in Indonesia. He was registered as a moslem by his adoptive father. At the time you had to be indonesian with no duel citizenship to be in school there. Now if one has duel citizenship you can't be a natural born cit either.

Do a google search on "Obama adopted by Native Americans." In May 2008, Barack Obama was "adopted" by native americans in a private ceremony. I suspect that he secretly registered that adoption with the state of Hawaii.If so, if the State of Hawaii were asked to release his birth certificate, under law they would have to release an Amended birth certificate showing him as the Hawaii-born child of Hartford and Mary Black Eagle, two American citizens.

There would NOT be a civil war if Obama is found to be ineligible. Those who say that do not understand the modern American Black community, and also the current liberal white community.
