In this clip of the fight scene you don't get to see the long build up to this final moment of the fight. If you saw the whole fight scene you would understand that the laughter is appropriate. When I watched this clip I had the same feeling, that the laughter was strange. I had to watch the whole scene to understand that at some point you just have to laugh.
