The fact that FIFA refuse to use the available technology just means that referees, most of the time through no fault of their own, will keep getting some decisions wrong that could be so easily avoided for the sake of 30 seconds. The referee is not going to change his mind so they would be better using that time playing the game rather than whinging all the time.
