It's still out of synch after 3 weeks.  There's those 3-4 seconds of that old guy at the beginning of the video which explains the 'out of synch' problem. Where did he come from? LOL.

@Streamline09 Thanks. But actually, I believe "Planetiowa" is correct; it was more like 1982. This was on CNN, which came into being in 1980.

OMG - "Too Funky ..." - one of J.B.'s too often overlooked classics; the music, dancing - BRILLIANT! And, Bill Tush, back when CNN (I assume) was still "Turner", and head and shoulders greater than it is today! What a great memory. Thanks "Planetiowa"!!
