  • But just who controls what this thing does? Can we 'independently' structure it?Technology has made people lazy... And I think this one will make them subservient too... If they aren't already...

  • It's controlled by you. Dispute Finder aims to show you articles from sources that you are likely to trust that argue for a different point of view to what you are reading. You decide what kinds of source you trust (by voting), what evidence is available (by adding it), and what should be marked as disputed (by training a classifier).

    Everything is open source and controlled by transparent algorithms, so you can look verify that we aren't doing anything to distort it.

  • If this tool works as intended, it will be priceless when researching facts which are likely to be manipulated by well-funded interest groups.
