Under the leadership of Hermann Göring, they regularly disrupted proceedings with vulgar, rowdy behavior ..." But I see nothing on your upload. Is it on the same program reel? I remember seeing a TV documentary which devoted about 30 seconds showing Nazis in the Reichstag disrupting proceedings by clapping, booing, stamping their feet, etc.
