  • from 0:54 to 1:12 when you land should your back dorsal be flexed as to where I land on the ball of my feet because it looks like it would put a lot of strain on that foot leading to stress fractures especially the higher you do it

  • pretty outr of shape and a bit over weight, dropped 20 lbs in 2 months! but doing those lunge drops inthe beggining killed my legs for 3 days the first time! this is only my second time doin em, still hurts T.T

  • @dchen345 It's hard to land perfect every time...It should be a little further away.

  • after dropping down from the box, should we react fast or put more force/power into the jump? both?

  • @Darkybmy React fast so your feet are not making contact with the ground for too long...The whole point is to help your amortization phase (ground contact speed).
