I always called this "The advert with singing vaginas that did not make me want to buy a phone"

the 3 mobile phone company charged me 370 pound upon return from holiday thanks to charged calls to technical support. They took away the ability for me to contact my friends and family during a time of unrest in Thailand. the 3 mobile phone network are incompetent, devoid of technical knowledge. The one thing they are is cheap. You get what you pay for, or in my case, you get asked to pay for their stupidity.

Like phones that work ? Love customer service ? Don't call 3. I presume the 3 in the company name stands for the 3 words "Customers are nuisance"

We purchased 5 phones (2 different types) and Skype just didn't work on them at all. We've been back to the shop 3 times (70 miles wasted fuel) to complain. Their telephone customer service was, as you say , a waste of time. We going back to Virgin or anyone other than 'Three'.

who in their right mind buys 3 mobile? their consumer record is horrendous...look at the consumer forums.....and they seem to be selling on past customers that they couldnt bully into submission.....rumour is their credit is blitzed and they are in trouble. Keep your money in your pocket and research the company not the product :(
