When u r loading be like your and a trampoline and when they thro u ride it till ur as high as u can be then pop a toe touch. Hope this helped:)

u have to touch ur toes to make ot a toe touch not putting it in front of ur thughs. if it were TOUCHING HER TOES, it wouldve been better that AN AWESOME NON TOE TOUCH BASKET.

@bobe164 I wonder if you've ever cheered before. A toe touch does not necesssarily mean you have to touch your toes- most people are barely flexible enough to do that. In order to do the basket, the flyer has to lean forward while kicking her legs up, and very rarely would she actually reach for her toes- she would reach forward. Besdies, the basket was very well executed, with heighth AND form.
