as with any type of thing like this.. like drawing and painting.. you get better with experience. You can try to relax yourself also before doing it. Or try sitting at a desk or table with a mirror and place your elbow on the table as a rest while you do it.. this sometimes helps with steadying..

yes it does get easier to put on liquid eyeliner your hand will get used to it. =)

Not a stupid question at all...yes over time your hand does get steadier; but if you have naturally shaky hands then it may not, like me! So what I do is apply it liner, then put a drop of water on a Q-tip and "erase" the parts of the line that are crooked! :-) So no one knows Im not an expert liner applier...lol...I also find using the powder works best because you just dip the applicator brush in the liquid and powder liner and it goes on much straighter and at a perfect angle...I rec the NYC!
