Okay honestly, my mom falls asleep with the t.v. on all the time, and she's a bit short on hearing, so the vol. is usually a bit loud. Okay, about 4 in the morning every month this godforsaken horrible rude screetching comes on with the damned emergency broadcast shit.

Couldn't they design a sound that wasn't intended to scare the living daylights out of people at 4 am?
