Does judge Yew think American courts are like China's, where ANYTHING GOES? I realize that most citizens in Santa Clara are not armed. California makes the exercise of the 2nd Amendment difficult. And this is why they run roughshod over the People! Where the government fears the People, you have liberty (and justice). When the People fear their government, you have tyranny. Judge Yew should be locked away for 6.5 years! Thanks again, Mr. Wagener for exposing these cockroaches!

Santa Clara County California has scheduled a mock trial in my case without even informing me of the date and time. They were planning on "dumping [my son] and me into the mental health system."

The "justice" system loves the tearing asunder of bonds between men and women, and will facilitate, promote or provoke it in any way possible. In this same county, a woman was offered ten thousand dollars to testify that her spouse had abused her - only one problem, he hadn't - and she wasn't willing to bear false witness - so they kidnapped her son and put her in jail. Santa Clara County is downright satanic.

What?!?! Where's the State AG on this Soviet-like system? Why is the state do desirous of incarcerating husbands for absolutely no reason at all, or for false reasons? Where are the Feds? The feds should storm the courthouse AND the jail and demand Mr. Christopher's release. Mr. Christopher should be allowed to sue the individual persons that ruined his life. The taxpayers should NOT be required to foot the bill for these criminals. They should pay out of their own pockets!
