Eminem didn't steal from the song. He sampled (yes, sampled, not stole) the chorus to highlight the message of both this song and his song. He uses them in conjunction in order to say self-destruction isn't a good thing, and I think this is pretty much the single most appropriate he could have picked to stress that, because of how powerful and meaningful a song it is. Eminem's inclusion of this is tributary of the song, not disrespectful or disregarding.
