@flashmate99 while strength and size are often time related, it's not always the case...I was about 190-200 lbs when I lifted that...I'm 5'10, so no I'm not a huge person, but I surf, so size isn't my goal...just strength...all natural for this kid!!
@drfitnessnow germany. i did the same like you, but with 90 kg, now my back hurts. =/ i also don't have big muscles and i never used steorids, kreatin, protein pulver etc. i concentrate for breast, arms and stomach. i don't train shoulders and back that hard. because of my skinny legs i don't train them in scare of arthrose. google for lbs bausparen.
@flashmate99 protein and creatine are completely healthy to take, you bodt produces them naturally, so if you take them extenally it just helps you more.
Better off using your energy to leg press 1,000 pounds or more for many reps over a range of @ 1 foot. More force directly on your legs and butt and none of the danger or problems that you get from doing squats on your spine and lower back.
@drfitnessnow HA! No, squats are NOT "cooler" than leg presses. Leg presses are far better because legs that can press @ 2,000lbs multiple times are far stronger than legs that can press 500 or so pounds in a squat.
Let presses take out the huge disadvantage of the strain and harm to your spine that is always a big problem with squats.
@THEDAILYSAVAGE well...allow me to retort!....#1 - 'the strain and harm to your spine that is always (really?..not me) with squats'..don't take this the wrong way, but you sound like a girl talking like that...do them right and there should be little problem..#2 - stronger legs, sure..but a stronger body/person, no way!!...only someone that doesn't squat could say something like that...#3 - I'm looking for your 2000 lb leg press video and can't find it...don't tell me you're just a shit talker!
@cartman234 High box squats are meant to put the focus in your quads...so half ass?...a bit since the goal is to take the glutes out of the equation for the most part...thanks for the comment
im more amazed that you put that on your hair...

@drfitnessnow true... but my experience is that I pull my hair out when I do the same, so I keep it all bunched up in a beanie.

Nice set. Squats are a bitch but if you had to pick one lift they are far and away the best for overall power.
