If I'm not mistaken, this is part of Eisa Dan Mafuekaji (a part of Zampa Ufujishi Daiko). You can see them perform regularly at the Gyokusendo Ryukyuukokumura.

If you notice Okinawan Eisa drumming is otokorashi and tanoshi. Okinawan people treasure their music, dance and language.
