Aha..took me a while..now I see the connection between high speed plank spanking and that passport weilding, fat, old abuser of the disenfranchised and the (occasionally) gullible. Personally, I think the French should bring back the guillotine just for him. Only it shouldnt be his head they chop off and the process should be in slow motion.
