I do not believe that anybody has this answer because it has not been tested yet! :) Brushless does not have any maintenance where brushed required replacing the brushes. So you are going to choose a brushless motor for your EV r1 bike?
I would like to imagine that the Lynch Motor for this project will outlast the batteries. That's about 80,000 Kilometres. I reckon there will be a few brush changes in this though. To be honest, the answer will only be available once long term testing has been done. Maybe uou should get started on your Gilera EV R! project then and start posting videos of your progress. The more bikes the better! >:)

I use a Lynch motor in my solar car - trust me it will outlive the bike and if thats a 200 model the thing will top 70mph on 48V if geared right!

How many km...can be the electric motor brushless? i have read 16.000.000 of km,are correctly?!
