I saw Wesley Korir. He ran in the Louisville triple crown 10 K race. He was first place. Completed it in only 30:49 seconds.

well yeah years but i mean he can run 2 a year. Takes years to get to that stage but once your there you only have to maintain it.. Most marathoners will do 2 some mabey 3 a year with a few 10k road races or half marathons as well. To keep the money in the pocket and the wins
