@TheBirdMamma I don't hear that one much. Some things are a bit dated as far as what people say. For example, soda is soda. Old folks (40+) are more prone to call it tonic. To me, a carriage is what you would push a baby around in.
well leominster and fitchburg are kinda backwoods and isolated I guess. I say shopping cart because my parents were not from there, but I grew up there. But yeah everyone says carriage, Bubbler for a water fountain, packie for a liquor store etc. you know how it is
@TheBirdMamma Yeah, I do hear packie quite a bit. The thing with bubbler though, is that I've heard that apply to one of those things with the taps and the 5-gallon tanks of water on top.
