Blatant proof he is still ignored and censored by the mainstream media, nation-wide.
what has always stood out to me about Ron Paul over 20 years is his sincerity about the issues and his intelligence about the economy, the constitution, and the legalities or illegalities of government. Ever since over a decade ago, he warned Congress and the people time and time again about the possible economic and fiscal calamity we now suffer today, only because our representatives failed to do their job and have brains and bravery to stop the crash. Ron was one of few that saw the cliff.
Ron is a real Republican standing on the true original platform of Republican Party. The Party has changed and drifted over time. Ron is loyal to original Republican ideology which today is known as Libertarianism. Likewise, Democratic Party has drifted far from its original ideal, to what is akin to the old Socialist Party and Communist Party. Many people don't have any grasp of US political history and the dangerous downfall of both major parties away from their original ideals.
Guys, I'm quite liberal... but if it gets between this guy and Obama... I'm going to have to have to sit down and think long and hard about this... he has a lot of appeal and a lot of good ideas.

That 2nd poll where Paul only gets 4% chance to beat Obama is totally irrelevant since they only polled Republicans. Last I checked people other than registered Republicans were allowed to vote in the general election. The "decline to state" party outnumbers both Republicans and Democrats these days. Once you add decline to states and democrats to that poll, Ron Paul ties Obama at 42% each. No other GOP candidate ranks as high as Paul in that poll. He is the best chance they have to win.
You are correct, however only Republicans, in most states, can vote in the Republican Primary and that decides if Ron gets a chance in the General Election. That is why it matters and that is why Democrats need to change to Republican if they want to guarantee Ron Paul gets that chance.

Ever since over a decade ago, he warned Congress and the people time and time again about the possible economic and fiscal calamity we now suffer today, only because our representatives failed to do their job and have brains and bravery to stop the crash. Ron is a real Republican standing on the true original platform of Republican Party. The Party has changed and drifted over time. Ron is loyal to original Republican ideology which today is known as Libertarianism. Likewise, Democratic Party has drifted far from its original ideal, to what is akin to the old Socialist Party and Communist Party. Many people don't have any grasp of US political history and the dangerous downfall of both major parties away from their original ideals.

Obama will be the Dem nominee anyway, so there's nothing to lose in getting an anti-war liberty voice in to debate Obama in front of the world. AND completely eliminate the threat of another warmonger opposite Obama. this is our chance for real change. He doesn't show up at events in a big limo paid for by the taxpayers.. He shows up in a little old white Dodge Caravan with his own security team paid for out of his own pocket. @usagill The CNN poll she shows is for the Republican voters who don't care about anything else except beating Obama, not policy, leadership, experience, etc. It does not mean that they don't think Paul can beat Obama -- the latest head-to-head poll of all Iowa voters shows that Paul is even with him. In this poll they had to choose ONE Gop candidate who is "the most likely to defeat Obama", but it doesn't mean they think Mitt's the ONLY one who can.

That 2nd poll where Paul only gets 4% chance to beat Obama is totally irrelevant since they only polled Republicans. Last I checked people other than registered Republicans were allowed to vote in the general election. The "decline to state" party outnumbers both Republicans and Democrats these days. Once you add decline to states and democrats to that poll, Ron Paul ties Obama at 42% each. No other GOP candidate ranks as high as Paul in that poll. He is the best chance they have to win.
