This is a heart warming video, very nice too see that, he seemed like a really nice guy that police officer. Good to see not all of them are heartless, emotionless zombies!
@silverfoils What if the constables just said "no" to the statutes and legals.. the government couldn't sack every single one of them could they. I think we need to "challenge" (and I don't mean with force) and educate these (the majority) fine standing citizens (as that is all the constables are.. appointed upholders of LAW as we all should be) for I think, no I know, these constables are being led up the garden path like all human beings of the land mass human beings call England.
@B00MK so what if the gov did decide to sack all the cops, at what point did you lose the ability to assist in keeping the peace or to defend your loved ones yourself ?
if we all are of the same mind in peace freedom and equality then there should be no need for laws
You know what, Dave's a pleasant fella and I feel that he believes in what he does, in that, he feels that his job is to protect you and that is a good thing. He's not arrogant nor is he aggressive in his manner. I would find it extremely difficult to ask him my questions because they would highlight the deception to him to well......as follows:
1.) Dave, what is your jurisdiction? Newcastle. 2.) If I committed a crime now then you would arrest me as I'm in Newcastle? Yes. 3.) If I'm not in Newcastle would you be able to arrest me? No. 4.) But I am in Newcastle and that is a fact? Yes you are and it's a fact. 5.) Okay, can factually tell me what "Newcastle" is, Dave? erm.....well it's...erm....it's a city in the North East. 6.) With all due respect, Dave, that's your opinion, not a fact.
You see, Police Constables have a very hard time proving jurisdiction as it requires a belief in an abstraction which is the 'body politic' in this case the body politic is called "Newcastle" and it has requirements. One of those requirements is that it comprises of "citizens". We know that not everyone is a citizen as there are "illegal immigrants" so something sets these apart. Citizens pay for protection. For Dave to have jurisdiction it must be proven that there is a duty to protect.
If there was a duty to protect then failure to protect would allow the victim to sue the Police for failure to protect and are in breach. However, the fact of the matter is is that nobody can sue the Police [with exception to extreme circumstances] and therefore we can see that there is obviously no duty to protect. If there is no duty to protect then the body politic fails, we have no citizens. No citizens, no Newcastle. No Newcastle, no jurisdiction. No jurisdiction, no power to arrest.
the police are being nice ! me thinks that the police and the govt are disturbed by people eloquently explaining the law to them ! wow ! they are really listening
@markscott7777777 Remember there is a difference compared to the government as a body and police officers, espsecially as human beings. Most police officers are stressed do a very hard job, and trying to pay the bills for their families. If they really where so precious for the government to look after then the media would try to slam them all the time.
I espescially feel sorry for the non free mason police officers
what a fab policeman.
