Lamborghini should just change their AWD philosophy already. Every review of any Lambo, usually the Gallardo, the complaint is always about understeer or less intuitive feel. They should just crank out a few doezen 560-2 coupes and convertibles (white cab for me please) and see what people think.

@katanamast279 A base 2011 Gallardo without any options is $202,000, while a Superleggera is $237,600. So basically $35,600 saves you 353lbs. That's a pretty substantial weight loss, but if you're mainly just driving the car on the street, which 99% of owners will be, than that weight savings isn't going to mean, nor feel like much. Hope this helps.

Ok, if thats what you believe. But I'm gonna have to correct you on the fact that anything can handle with the right suspension and rear upgrades. Go find the video of the honda whooping the lambo's ass in a drag race. Theres nothing to it. A lambo is simply expensive because of the over bloated v-12. More cylinders = more friction. And aside from that, the v-12 has a small bore.

Don't count the 458 out people this car is magnificent and it would have to be to beat the ferrari, but the reason as he said its lighter is because of the gearbox, but the dual clutch is so ridiculously fast in the 458 it probably just about makes up for it couple that with a few carbon fiber extras and its not much heavier and one fucking hell of race! FORZA LAMBORGHINI AND FERRARI!!!
