  • Thanks. Actually, those smaller fish are as big as they get. They are snapper. The commercial guys fish for them regularly because they are abundant and also they get a higher price than the larger fish because the smaller ones fit in pans and plates better. Do I know you? Thanks for the nice comments!

  • i don't know if you remember me but i was down there about 3 years ago with my wife karen. got a lot of dorado and a nice striped marlin that i cut loose. flew back with you. hope to get down there again soon . glenn

  • cool, just seemed the first group of guys had some pretty small fish. mabey they are deep water fish and died, you have a great opperation going there, been there. love la paz and tailhunters.

  • Hi Glenn! Glad to know it's you! Hope things are well. FYI...on the new video two sailfish are on there and those are the only ones taken all week. Ten others released. Cheers. Jonathan

  • catch and release??

  • Sure we do. But they're entitled to keep whatever they want within limits. The boat I was on yesterday released over 80 percent of their fish yesterday including 10 roosters. Another boat released all their dorado because they were small. Two marlin and one sailfish were released as well as numerous bonito, skipjack, all the jack crevalle and small cabrilla.
