No, THEN you download the custom music tutorial on SMWC's "Documents" page. It'll explain the process of conversion.

It's called addmsuic. You can get it from SMWCentral.

You have to download custom music .txt files, and change the names of the ones you want to any number from 20-39, or 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 3a, 3b, 3c ,3d ,3e , or 3f. Then, you init your custom music rom *if you haven't already* and go to the option of inserting level music. If you don't know what command inserts the level music, reply to this comment.

aww, I don't know why, but the song sounded very 'cute' with SMW instruments. It's already a sweet song, but I mean there's this whole cute musicbox-like thing going on there XD very good!

The funny thing... I was actually intending to make a level like that, except without the upside-downness, because I know hardly any ASM. Anyway, whenever you hit th On/Off switch, the palette would drastically change! Neat, huh?
