  • Wow, I was playing it wrong all this time. I've always thought the spy can take out a Marshall, but a Marshall cannot take out a Spy.

  • thank you very much?

  • you could also use one of the new rules that when you attack you say your number but the one being attacked doesn't have to give you the number if it's bigger, that rule makes the 2 piece more interesting because you can attack with the 2 making the opponent reveal what piece it is regardless of it loosing.

  • well i like the old one

  • @realblackhart

I've played this new rule, but this new rule often times give your opponent to cheat. I like the old rules better where both players must reveal their pieces.

  • Yea, I have the newer vision, but I have pretty much grown up with it, so it doesn't matter for me. The rules say, that you can have progressive advantage, meaning if there are two pieces of the same rank, the one that attacks can still stay on the board, and the other one goes off. I like that rule better.

  • where did you get that version of stratego? because thats a new version because couts wre 9 and marshles were1

  • Ebay the new one is gay.

  • @ajhamhill its the current version. it through me off as well when I got the game. I was used to 1 and 2 being the best and the 8's were the bomb de fusers
