I love good beer, but at the age of (24) I don't think I'm yet mature enough to keep a collection of aging beer. One drunken night, my friends and I would destroy that cellar. One day.

Not much of a cellar. I would block of those windows completely. Hope you have it airconditioned or something. Wouldn't store those over 50F.
