Robo hamsters (yours) love to run. And they can run REALLY fast because of their small size. So, its not animal cruelty. There is not electricity you dope. Hamsters have athletic minds to.

You don't really even need to hook up a motor to the wheel to achieve similar effect. I just witnessed our robo fly off his wheel simply because he stopped too fast :)
