There are NO ddos tools ever! To "ddos" somebody you must know a few things.
1) You can't get the IP from the Runescape name, you have to be his friend or you have to make him log in in your account so you get his IP.
2) To ddos you must open the 'cmd' console and type: ping [victims ip] 65000 (is the minimum byte to cause some damage and slow victim's connection)
